I couldn’t ask for an easier transition thanks to Stacy.  Putting my house on the market and seeing it for sale was an emotional time for me. Not only was Stacy a true professional agent, she was an emotional support for me. She went above and beyond of that of any other realtor that I have dealt with on other house sales /or purchases. Prior to putting my house on the market, Stacy took the time to recommend a few minor repairs needed to make the house more enticing to potential buyers.  In addition, she offered her staff to do these repairs, and once they were complete Stacy recommended and helped stage the house.  She also hired a professional photographer to take pictures and shoot a video of the house for listing purposes. When it came time to list it, she recommended a price based on the Current Market Assessment as well of her knowledge of the selling market.  Her recommendation was “on spot” as I had requests for showings within hours of the listing.  I believe all of these extra services that Stacy provided were the reason that I had multiple purchase offers immediately.  Within 24 hours, I excepted an offer that was above asking price.  My house was on it’s way to being sold thanks to Stacy.  But, Stacy’s hard work and dedication didn’t end there.  She continued to be an exceptional agent as she dealt with the buying agent, home buyers, home inspectors, attorneys etc.  So, on the day of the closing, all there was left to do was to sign and collect my check. She definitely earns the ‘Excellence’ rating in every category from me.  I will and have already recommended her to others.
